How the science is built
ILCOR coordinates international evidence evaluation through systematic reviews, scoping reviews, evidence updates and Consensus on Science with Treatment Recommendations (CoSTR). Resuscitation councils and guideline organizations then translate that science into recommendations for their settings. A course can be based on this international evidence framework without being accredited or endorsed by ILCOR or by any particular council.
Why implementation still varies
Clinical implementation depends on local law, professional scope of practice, employer policy, equipment, team structure and institutional protocols. International guidance is an evidence framework, not a substitute for local clinical governance.
How HrtX24 positions its courses
HrtX24 provides independent online ACLS and BLS educational courses based on current international resuscitation guidance, including the evidence-evaluation and consensus work of ILCOR. HrtX24 is not affiliated with, accredited by, endorsed by, or an authorized Training Center of the American Heart Association. HrtX24 currently provides no CME/CE credit.
Educational limitation and clinical judgment
Course completion cannot predict or guarantee performance in a clinical emergency. Resuscitation decisions must account for the patient, current guidance, available resources, lawful scope of practice and institutional protocols. The treating professional remains responsible for clinical judgment and decisions.

- Identify why you need ACLS or BLS education.
- Confirm whether a fully online independent certificate is accepted.
- Ask whether hands-on skills validation is separately required.
- Confirm whether CME/CE is required; HrtX24 currently provides none.
- Keep course-completion documentation and verify certificates when requested.
