Dr. Bhattad is an interventional cardiologist and the Program Director for HrtX24, a physician-led digital platform focused on expanding global access to life-saving cardiovascular education. She is trained and board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, and Nuclear Cardiology. She has extensive clinical, academic, and scholarly experience in cardiovascular medicine and is committed to delivering clinically relevant, evidence-informed educational content for healthcare learners.

Dr. Mahmood is a cardiologist based in Texas with advanced training in cardiovascular medicine. He earned his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at North Shore University Hospital/Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York during the COVID-19 pandemic, where he gained extensive experience in high-acuity clinical care.
He also pursued dedicated cardiovascular research training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center / Harvard Medical School and served as a co-investigator on a federally funded National Institutes of Health study investigating molecular pathways involved in ischemia-reperfusion injury of the heart. He has contributed to both basic science and clinical outcomes research, including first-author publications in leading cardiovascular journals. Dr. Kramer is a senior, board-certified cardiologist with more than 25 years of continuous clinical experience in cardiovascular medicine. Since 1999, he has been a core member of Cardiovascular Associates, P.C. and The Heart Center in Kingsport, Tennessee, where he has delivered comprehensive, high-acuity cardiovascular care across a wide spectrum of cardiac conditions. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine and completed his residency and cardiology fellowship at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, a nationally recognized institution for advanced cardiovascular training. His clinical practice is grounded in rigorous, evidence-based medicine, with particular expertise in hypertensive heart disease, diastolic dysfunction, and acute cardiac syndromes.
A Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), Dr. Kramer maintains active engagement with leading professional societies and upholds the highest standards of cardiovascular care. His academic contributions include peer-reviewed publications in journals such as the American Heart Journal and presentations at national cardiology scientific sessions. His work has focused on clinically significant topics, including the mechanisms and recurrence of flash pulmonary edema, reflecting a strong emphasis on conditions with direct relevance to real-world patient management.
Dr. Kramer holds several senior leadership roles, including serving as Chair of the Department of Medicine (2025) at Holston Valley Medical Center, TN.
