Are HrtX24 courses 100% online?
Yes. HrtX24 CPR & AED, First Aid, BLS, ACLS, and Bloodborne Pathogens courses are fully online and self-paced.
You can access the course from a compatible phone, tablet, or computer and complete the training at your own pace without scheduling a live class.
How long does it take to complete a course?
Completion time varies depending on the course, your prior knowledge, and how much time you spend reviewing the material.
Many learners complete a course within a few hours, while others prefer to study over several sessions.
Can I pause the course and return later?
Yes. You can stop and resume your course as needed.
You do not need to complete the entire program in one sitting.
Are HrtX24 certifications accepted by employers?

Are HrtX24 courses based on current guidelines?

- Needlestick and sharps safety

For U.S. workplaces subject to OSHA’s Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, employers have specific training obligations, including initial and at least annual training for covered employees.
Can I retake the final assessment if I do not pass?
Yes.
HrtX24 allows unlimited assessment attempts. You can review the course material and retake the assessment until you achieve the required passing score.
Certificates
When will I receive my certificate?
After successfully completing the required course material and final assessment, your HrtX24 certificate becomes available for download. Your certificate is issued immediately to your registered email upon successful completion of the course and exam. It is also available for instant download.
Certificates include identifying information and QR-based verification.
Can my certificate be verified online?
Yes.
HrtX24 certificates include verification information that can be checked through the HrtX24 Certificate Verification system.
How long is my certificate valid?
HrtX24 currently uses the following certificate periods:
CPR & AED: 2 years
First Aid: 2 years
BLS: 2 years
ACLS: 2 years
Bloodborne Pathogens Training: 1 year
The one-year Bloodborne Pathogens certificate period is consistent with the annual training cycle commonly relevant to occupational bloodborne pathogen education. For OSHA-covered employees, the federal Bloodborne Pathogens Standard requires training initially and at least annually thereafter.
Can I download my certificate again later?
Yes. Your certificate remains available through your HrtX24 account.
HrtX24 Independence and Transparency
Is HrtX24 affiliated with the American Heart Association or American Red Cross?
No.
HrtX24 is an independent physician-led educational provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized Training Center of the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
HrtX24 develops its own educational courses while using contemporary evidence-based medical and resuscitation science as part of its educational framework.
Are HrtX24 courses accredited?
HrtX24 courses are independent online educational and certification programs.
HrtX24 does not currently represent its courses as accredited courses unless accreditation is specifically stated on an individual course page.
Do HrtX24 courses provide CME or CE credit?
