Online BLS Course Checklist
A detailed HrtX24 educational guide designed to help learners distinguish course content, certificate meaning, employer requirements and the limits of online education.
Know what the certificate represents
A HrtX24 certificate documents successful completion of a HrtX24 educational course. It is not an AHA course completion card and does not establish professional licensure, scope of practice, hands-on competence or clinical judgment.
Separate education from credentialing
Online education can be convenient for knowledge review, but employers and regulators determine what documentation they accept. Some organizations accept independent online certificates; others require a named provider or hands-on component.
How HrtX24 positions its courses
HrtX24 provides independent online ACLS and BLS educational courses based on current international resuscitation guidance, including the evidence-evaluation and consensus work of ILCOR. HrtX24 is not affiliated with, accredited by, endorsed by, or an authorized Training Center of the American Heart Association. HrtX24 currently provides no CME/CE credit.
Educational limitation and clinical judgment
Course completion cannot predict or guarantee performance in a clinical emergency. Resuscitation decisions must account for the patient, current guidance, available resources, lawful scope of practice and institutional protocols. The treating professional remains responsible for clinical judgment and decisions.
Practical checklist
- Identify why you need ACLS or BLS education.
- Confirm whether a fully online independent certificate is accepted.
- Ask whether hands-on skills validation is separately required.
- Confirm whether CME/CE is required; HrtX24 currently provides none.
- Keep course-completion documentation and verify certificates when requested.
- Continue hands-on skills practice and local protocol review appropriate to your role.
