This Refund Policy explains how HrtX24 handles refund requests, payment concerns, duplicate purchases, certificate acceptance concerns, technical issues, chargebacks, and payment disputes.
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any HrtX24 course, certificate, assessment, product, or service, you agree to this Refund Policy, along with the HrtX24 Terms of Use, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this Refund Policy, you should not purchase or use HrtX24 services.
1. Our Refund Philosophy
HrtX24 is committed to providing accessible, physician-led educational programs and a fair, reasonable, learner-friendly support experience.
We understand that users may purchase ACLS, BLS, or related educational courses for employment, onboarding, credentialing, school, professional review, or personal educational purposes. We also understand that employer and institutional requirements may vary.
HrtX24 intends to handle refund requests in a fair, good-faith, and practical manner while also protecting the platform from fraud, misuse, duplicate claims, chargeback abuse, credential misuse, and payment disputes.
This policy is designed to be:
- fair to learners;
- transparent before purchase;
- protective of HrtX24;
- protective of HrtX24 physicians, clinical advisors, contributors, contractors, and representatives;
- compatible with online payment processing standards;
- protective against misuse, fraud, and abusive payment disputes.
2. Educational Product; Digital Delivery
HrtX24 provides digital educational products and online learning services.
After purchase or enrollment, users may receive access to digital course materials, quizzes, assessments, certificates, certificate verification features, downloadable materials, account features, and related educational resources.
Because HrtX24 courses and certificates are digital products, access to course materials may begin immediately after purchase or enrollment. Digital access may constitute partial or substantial delivery of the purchased service.
However, HrtX24 may still provide refunds in appropriate circumstances under this Refund Policy.
3. 21-Day Refund Review Period
Users may request a refund within 21 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Refund requests submitted after 21 calendar days may be denied, but HrtX24 may review late requests at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
The 21-day period is intended to give learners a reasonable opportunity to:

- contact employers or institutions regarding acceptance, where applicable;

4. Employer or Institutional Non-Acceptance
HrtX24 does not guarantee that any employer, hospital, school, staffing agency, licensing body, credentialing office, recruiter, government agency, or institution will accept an HrtX24 certificate.
Acceptance requirements vary widely by employer, institution, jurisdiction, role, internal policy, contract, and date.
Users are encouraged to verify requirements before purchase whenever possible.
However, HrtX24 understands that some users may only learn after purchase that a certificate is not accepted by a specific employer or institution.
If a user’s employer or institution does not accept an HrtX24 certificate for the purpose for which the user purchased the course, HrtX24 may provide a refund under this policy, subject to review.
To support a refund request based on non-acceptance, HrtX24 may request reasonable information, such as:
- the name of the employer, institution, school, staffing agency, or organization;
- the course purchased;
- the date of purchase;
- the reason the certificate was not accepted;
- an email, screenshot, policy excerpt, onboarding requirement, recruiter message, supervisor communication, or comparable documentation.
HrtX24 does not require users to prove bad faith by an employer or institution. The purpose of documentation is to help HrtX24 verify the nature of the request and prevent misuse.
Refunds for non-acceptance are reviewed case by case.
5. Technical Issues
If a user experiences a technical issue that prevents reasonable access to a purchased course, quiz, certificate, or account feature, the user should contact HrtX24 support promptly.
Examples may include:
- inability to access the course after purchase;
- quiz loading problems;
- certificate download issues;
- login issues;
- payment-confirmation issues;
- course progress display issues;
- broken certificate verification links;
- duplicate enrollment problems.
HrtX24 will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve technical issues.
If HrtX24 is unable to provide reasonable access or resolution within a reasonable time, HrtX24 may issue a refund at its discretion.
Users are expected to cooperate with support by providing reasonable information, such as:
- account email;
- order number if available;
- course name;
- screenshots;
- device/browser information;
- description of the issue.
6. Duplicate Purchases
If a user accidentally purchases the same course more than once, HrtX24 may refund the duplicate transaction after review.
HrtX24 may request information to identify the duplicate order.
Refunds for duplicate purchases generally apply only to accidental duplicate charges for the same user and same course.
HrtX24 may deny duplicate-purchase refund requests if it reasonably suspects abuse, account sharing, multiple-user access, certificate misuse, or fraudulent activity.
7. Incorrect Course Purchase
If a user accidentally purchases the wrong course, the user should contact HrtX24 support promptly.
HrtX24 may, at its discretion:
- switch the user to the intended course;
- provide account credit;
- issue a refund;
- provide another reasonable resolution.
Refund eligibility may depend on timing, access history, course use, certificate issuance, and whether misuse is suspected.
8. Refund Requests After Course Completion or Certificate Issuance
HrtX24 does not automatically deny refunds solely because a course was completed or a certificate was issued.
HrtX24 understands that users may complete a course before learning whether the certificate is accepted by an employer or institution.
Refund requests after course completion or certificate issuance may still be reviewed, especially where:
- the employer or institution does not accept the certificate;
- the user encountered a technical issue;
- duplicate purchase occurred;
- the user contacted support in good faith;
- another reasonable issue occurred within the refund review period.
However, HrtX24 reserves the right to deny refunds where it reasonably suspects:
- fraud;
- credential misuse;
- certificate alteration;
- account sharing;
- abuse of the refund process;
- repeat refund abuse;
- chargeback abuse;
- bad-faith use of course materials;
- reselling or redistribution of materials;
- false claims of non-acceptance.
If a refund is issued after certificate generation, HrtX24 may revoke, cancel, deactivate, or mark the related certificate as refunded or invalid in its records or verification system.
9. Situations Where Refunds May Be Denied
HrtX24 may deny a refund request in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- request submitted after the refund review period without good cause;
- fraud or suspected fraud;
- chargeback abuse;
- repeated refund requests;
- account sharing;
- certificate misuse;
- certificate alteration or falsification;
- misrepresentation of identity or purchase purpose;
- misuse of course materials;
- copying, downloading, reproducing, or redistributing course content;
- violation of Terms of Use;
- unlawful activity;
- abusive communication;
- failure to provide reasonable requested information;
- false or misleading refund basis;
- use of multiple accounts to obtain improper refunds;
- purchase made for multiple individuals under one account;
- payment dispute initiated before contacting support in good faith;
- substantial evidence of bad-faith use.
HrtX24 reserves the right to evaluate all refund requests case by case.
10. Refund Amount
If approved, refunds are generally limited to the amount actually paid to HrtX24 for the applicable course or service.
Refunds do not include:
- bank fees;
- card issuer fees;
- payment processor fees;
- foreign transaction fees;
- currency conversion charges;
- third-party charges;
- lost wages;
- lost employment opportunities;
- licensing fees;
- credentialing fees;
- travel costs;
- attorney fees;
- administrative costs;
- consequential damages;
- indirect losses;
- incidental losses.
HrtX24 is not responsible for differences caused by exchange rates, bank policies, payment processor policies, card issuer rules, or third-party financial institutions.
11. Refund Method
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method used for purchase.
HrtX24 may be unable to issue a refund to a different account, card, bank, or person.
Refund timing may vary depending on:
- payment processor;
- card issuer;
- bank processing time;
- payment method;
- currency;
- country;
- fraud review;
- technical processing delays.
HrtX24 does not control bank or processor timelines after a refund is submitted.
12. Processing Time
HrtX24 aims to review refund requests within a reasonable time.
Support responses may take up to 48 hours.
Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or payment method.
Users should allow reasonable processing time before submitting repeated requests.
13. How to Request a Refund

A refund request should include:
- full name;
- account email;
- course purchased;
- date of purchase if available;
- order number if available;
- reason for refund request;
- relevant supporting information if applicable.
For employer or institutional non-acceptance, users should provide reasonable information identifying the employer or institution and the basis for non-acceptance.
For technical issues, users should provide screenshots, device/browser details, and a clear description of the issue where possible.
14. Support First Requirement
Users agree to contact HrtX24 support first and provide a reasonable opportunity for resolution before initiating:
- chargebacks;
- payment disputes;
- bank disputes;
- card claims;
- payment processor complaints;
- regulatory complaints;
- formal claims;
- legal proceedings;
- arbitration demands.
HrtX24 strongly prefers to resolve concerns directly, quickly, and fairly.
A user’s failure to contact support before initiating a dispute may be considered in HrtX24’s response to banks, card issuers, Stripe, WooCommerce, payment processors, or financial institutions.
15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Chargebacks and payment disputes should be used only when a transaction is unauthorized or cannot reasonably be resolved through direct support.
Users should not initiate chargebacks for issues that HrtX24 is willing and able to review or resolve under this Refund Policy.
If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, HrtX24 may provide relevant documentation to the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or financial institution, including:

- course access records;
- login activity;
- enrollment records;
- certificate records;

16. Unauthorized Transactions
If a user believes a transaction was unauthorized, the user should contact HrtX24 support promptly.
HrtX24 may request information to investigate the issue and may cooperate with payment processors, banks, or card issuers as appropriate.
HrtX24 reserves the right to suspend access associated with disputed or unauthorized transactions during review.
If a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or found unauthorized, related course access and certificates may be revoked or deactivated.
17. Account Suspension After Refund
If a refund is issued, HrtX24 may revoke or restrict access to the refunded course or related services.
If a certificate was issued for a refunded course, HrtX24 may revoke, cancel, deactivate, or mark the certificate as refunded or invalid.
Refunded users may be required to repurchase the course if they later wish to regain access or obtain an active certificate.
18. Certificates and Verification After Refund
If a refund is issued, any related certificate may no longer be considered active or valid within HrtX24’s records.
HrtX24 may update certificate verification systems to reflect that a certificate has been refunded, revoked, canceled, deactivated, or invalidated.
HrtX24 is not responsible for any consequences arising from a user’s continued use, submission, display, alteration, or representation of a refunded, revoked, canceled, deactivated, or invalidated certificate.
19. Promotions, Discounts, and Price Changes
HrtX24 may offer promotions, coupons, discounts, free access periods, beta access, introductory pricing, or limited-time pricing.
Refunds are based on the actual amount paid by the user for the applicable course or service.
HrtX24 is not required to refund price differences due to later discounts, promotions, sales, coupon availability, free offers, or pricing changes.
Promotional purchases may be subject to additional terms stated at the time of purchase.
20. Free, Discounted, Trial, or Promotional Access
Courses or services provided free of charge, at a discount, through promotional access, beta access, coupon access, complimentary access, or special access may not be eligible for cash refunds beyond the amount actually paid.
If the user paid zero dollars for a course, no monetary refund is due.
HrtX24 may revoke free, promotional, trial, beta, or complimentary access at any time.
21. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse
HrtX24 reserves the right to deny refunds, suspend access, revoke certificates, restrict accounts, or take other appropriate action if it reasonably suspects:
- fraud;
- refund abuse;
- chargeback abuse;
- multiple-account abuse;
- account sharing;
- unauthorized resale;
- certificate fraud;
- certificate alteration;
- identity misrepresentation;
- false non-acceptance claims;
- misuse of course materials;

HrtX24 may retain relevant records for fraud prevention, dispute response, legal compliance, platform security, and payment processor documentation.
22. No Admission of Liability
Any refund, credit, coupon, accommodation, technical support response, certificate correction, account adjustment, or goodwill resolution provided by HrtX24 does not constitute:
- admission of fault;
- admission of liability;
- admission of wrongdoing;
- admission of defective service;
- admission of inaccurate content;
- admission of certificate invalidity;
- warranty;
- waiver of rights;
- guarantee of future refund eligibility.
HrtX24 may provide refunds or accommodations as a customer-service courtesy without admitting any legal obligation.

The version posted on the website at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
