If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not access or use HrtX24.

3. Independent Educational Platform; No Affiliation or Endorsement

HrtX24 is an independent educational platform.

HrtX24 is not a hospital, university, governmental agency, licensing authority, certifying body, accrediting body, medical board, emergency response authority, employer, staffing agency, credentialing body, professional society, training center, regulatory body, or official third-party certification provider.

HrtX24 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, authorized by, acting on behalf of, or officially connected to the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or any other professional society, hospital system, academic institution, governmental agency, licensing authority, certifying body, employer, regulatory organization, or third-party entity unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of HrtX24.

Any reference to ACLS, BLS, CPR, resuscitation science, emergency cardiovascular care, international recommendations, clinical guidelines, consensus science, algorithms, best practices, or related terminology is used only for descriptive, educational, informational, and course-identification purposes.

Such references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, approval, authorization, accreditation, equivalence, adoption, partnership, or substitution by or with any third-party organization.

All third-party names, trademarks, course names, abbreviations, marks, logos, and references remain the property of their respective owners. HrtX24 makes no claim of ownership in any third-party trademark, service mark, logo, trade dress, proprietary designation, or branded course identity.

4. Educational Use Only; No Medical Advice

All HrtX24 content is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes only.

5. No Professional Relationship

  • supervisory relationship;
  • fiduciary relationship;
  • employment relationship;

  • joint venture;
  • credentialing relationship;
  • licensing relationship;
  • continuing education relationship;
  • or any other legal or professional relationship between HrtX24, its owners, physicians, clinical advisors, authors, reviewers, contributors, contractors, affiliates, representatives, service providers, or licensors and any user, patient, family member, employer, institution, or third party.

6. User Assumes Full Responsibility and All Risk

Each user is solely and completely responsible for how they access, interpret, rely upon, apply, misapply, or fail to apply any information obtained from HrtX24.

HrtX24 does not control and is not responsible for any user’s:

  • clinical judgment;
  • professional judgment;
  • decisions;
  • actions;
  • omissions;
  • emergency response;
  • non-emergency conduct;
  • communication;
  • documentation;
  • patient-care activity;
  • bystander activity;
  • workplace conduct;
  • educational use;
  • credentialing use;
  • employment use;
  • licensing use;
  • interpretation or misinterpretation of course materials;
  • application or misapplication of educational information.

By using HrtX24, the user acknowledges and agrees that emergency medical care, healthcare decision-making, and clinical or bystander response activities involve inherent risks. These risks may include injury, disability, death, delayed care, incorrect care, omitted care, professional consequences, employment consequences, licensing consequences, credentialing consequences, regulatory consequences, and other losses.

The user understands and agrees that educational materials cannot anticipate every patient, environment, emergency, protocol, resource limitation, employer requirement, jurisdictional rule, clinical setting, equipment issue, institutional policy, or real-world circumstance.

The user remains solely responsible for independently verifying all information before relying on it in any clinical, nonclinical, educational, professional, employment, credentialing, licensing, volunteer, bystander, or real-world setting.

7. Assumption of Risk

By using HrtX24, the user knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use, misuse, interpretation, application, misapplication, non-application, or reliance upon any educational material, example, recommendation, algorithm, quiz, assessment, certificate, statement, or information provided through HrtX24.

The user understands that real-world clinical and emergency situations are unpredictable and may involve serious harm, injury, disability, death, property loss, professional consequences, employment consequences, licensing consequences, or legal consequences.

The user voluntarily accepts full responsibility for all such risks and agrees that HrtX24 is not responsible for how the user acts, fails to act, performs, responds, communicates, documents, or makes decisions in any real-life clinical or nonclinical situation.

8. No Guarantee of Competence, Clinical Judgment, Outcomes, Acceptance, or Performance

Completion of an HrtX24 course, quiz, assessment, module, review program, or certificate process does not guarantee that a user will act appropriately, safely, competently, successfully, or effectively in any real-life emergency, clinical situation, workplace setting, volunteer setting, simulation, examination, or professional environment.

HrtX24 does not guarantee:

  • clinical competence;
  • emergency response competence;
  • correct clinical judgment;
  • correct decision-making;
  • safe performance;
  • appropriate action;
  • avoidance of harm;
  • successful patient outcomes;
  • successful exam outcomes;
  • employment eligibility;
  • employer acceptance;
  • institutional acceptance;
  • hospital privileging;
  • credentialing approval;
  • payer enrollment;
  • state or national licensure compliance;
  • continuing education credit;
  • academic acceptance;
  • professional advancement;
  • legal compliance;
  • regulatory compliance;
  • insurance reimbursement;
  • visa, immigration, or employment benefit;
  • avoidance of malpractice claims;
  • avoidance of disciplinary action.

Users must not rely on HrtX24 alone as proof of clinical competence, professional readiness, legal authority, employment eligibility, credentialing qualification, or authorization to perform patient care.

9. Content May Contain Errors, Omissions, or Outdated Information

HrtX24 strives to provide useful, clinically relevant, evidence-informed educational content. However, HrtX24 does not warrant or guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, universally accepted, clinically appropriate for every situation, or suitable for every user, employer, institution, jurisdiction, or patient-care setting.

HrtX24 content may contain:

  • typographical errors;
  • formatting errors;
  • quiz errors;
  • scoring errors;
  • display errors;
  • omissions;
  • outdated information;
  • broken links;
  • technical inaccuracies;
  • incomplete explanations;
  • evolving terminology;
  • evolving medical recommendations;
  • software or plugin-related errors;
  • differences from local protocols or institutional policies.

Medical science, resuscitation science, emergency cardiovascular care practices, medications, devices, algorithms, institutional policies, employer requirements, and regulatory standards may change over time.

HrtX24 reserves the right to update, revise, replace, remove, modify, expand, or discontinue course materials, quizzes, assessments, policies, course names, descriptions, prices, features, certificates, and website content at any time, with or without notice.

Users are solely responsible for independently confirming current standards, applicable requirements, and appropriate use before relying on HrtX24 content.

10. Guideline-Informed but Independently Developed

HrtX24 course materials are independently developed and may be informed by broadly recognized resuscitation science, published consensus materials, educational principles, physician expertise, and other professional sources.

References to current or recent science, international recommendations, emergency cardiovascular care principles, or consensus-based practices are intended only to describe the educational foundation of the material. Such references do not claim formal adoption, endorsement, authorization, exact replication, or approval by any third-party organization.

Statements that HrtX24 materials are evidence-informed or guideline-informed mean only that HrtX24 independently reviews and adapts educational content in light of available science and professional education principles. They do not mean that HrtX24 is the official publisher of any guideline or that HrtX24 courses are identical to, interchangeable with, or officially equivalent to any third-party course, branded training pathway, proprietary algorithm set, or completion credential.

11. Clinical Oversight and Physician Contributors

HrtX24 educational materials may be developed, reviewed, or informed by physicians and clinical oversight contributors, including Dr. Pradnya Brijmohan Bhattad, Dr. Eitezaz Mahmood, Dr. R. Keith Kramer, and other contributors or reviewers.

Clinical oversight means educational review and support for general clinical relevance, organization, clarity, and instructional quality. Clinical oversight does not mean:

  • supervision of users;
  • supervision of patient care;
  • direct individualized instruction;
  • certification of user competence;
  • guarantee of user performance;
  • endorsement of user actions;
  • assumption of responsibility for user conduct;
  • assumption of liability for user actions or omissions;
  • creation of any physician-patient relationship;
  • provision of patient-specific medical advice.

No physician, advisor, reviewer, author, contributor, contractor, or representative affiliated with HrtX24 is responsible for how any user interprets, relies upon, applies, misapplies, or fails to apply HrtX24 content.

12. Certificates of Completion

HrtX24 may issue certificates of completion after successful completion of specified course requirements, quizzes, assessments, or educational activities.

An HrtX24 certificate reflects completion of an HrtX24 educational program only. It does not represent or guarantee:

  • government licensure;
  • board certification;
  • employer certification;
  • hospital credentialing approval;
  • continuing medical education credit;
  • continuing nursing education credit;
  • CE, CME, CNE, or CEU credit;
  • third-party accreditation;
  • clinical competence;
  • authorization to practice;
  • authorization to provide patient care;
  • acceptance by any employer, hospital, school, agency, licensing body, staffing agency, insurer, credentialing office, or institution.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether an HrtX24 certificate meets their intended purpose before purchase, enrollment, reliance, or submission to any third party.

13. Employer, Institutional, and Regulatory Acceptance

Acceptance of online ACLS, BLS, CPR, life support, or related educational certificates varies widely by employer, institution, school, state, country, licensing authority, credentialing office, staffing agency, recruiter, insurer, healthcare facility, academic program, government body, military program, and role.

Requirements may differ by location, specialty, scope of practice, contract, employer policy, accreditation rule, insurer requirement, internal credentialing rule, or date.

HrtX24 does not guarantee that any certificate, course, quiz, assessment, completion record, receipt, or training material will be accepted by any employer, recruiter, hospital, clinic, academic program, government body, licensing authority, professional board, staffing agency, insurer, or institution.

Users should verify requirements directly with the relevant employer, institution, or authority before purchasing, enrolling, relying upon, submitting, or using any HrtX24 course or certificate.

No statement on the HrtX24 website, in marketing materials, in support communications, in emails, or in course content shall be interpreted as a universal guarantee of acceptance.

14. No Continuing Education Credit Unless Expressly Stated

Unless HrtX24 expressly states otherwise in clear written language on a specific course page, HrtX24 courses do not provide CME, CE, CNE, CEU, state-mandated credit, board credit, formal licensure credit, mandatory employer credit, or any other regulated continuing education benefit.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether any HrtX24 course satisfies their professional, academic, licensing, credentialing, institutional, or compliance purpose.

15. Account Registration

Some features of HrtX24 may require account registration.

Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, enrolling in a course, completing checkout, contacting support, or using platform features.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity occurring under their account.

Users must notify HrtX24 promptly if they suspect unauthorized account access.

HrtX24 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of a user’s account unless required by non-waivable law.

HrtX24 may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if it reasonably suspects inaccurate information, fraud, abuse, account sharing, platform misuse, certificate misuse, unauthorized access, security risk, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, or violation of these Terms.

16. Course Access and Limited License

Subject to payment, enrollment status, platform functionality, and compliance with these Terms, HrtX24 grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased or enrolled course materials for individual educational use only.

This license does not transfer ownership of any content or intellectual property.

Users may not:

  • share account access;
  • distribute course materials;
  • record course content;
  • copy course text;
  • resell course access;
  • sublicense course materials;
  • post course materials publicly;
  • use course materials for commercial training programs;
  • create derivative works from HrtX24 materials;
  • use HrtX24 materials to build competing products;
  • scrape, download, reproduce, or mass-copy platform content.

HrtX24 may revoke access if misuse is suspected.

17. User Conduct and Appropriate Use

By using HrtX24, the user agrees to:

  • provide accurate registration, account, course, and payment information;
  • review all applicable course descriptions before purchase;
  • verify employer, institutional, licensing, or credentialing requirements before relying on any course or certificate;
  • use HrtX24 materials only for lawful and legitimate educational purposes;
  • avoid misrepresenting HrtX24 certificates as government-issued, employer-issued, society-issued, accredited, or third-party-issued credentials where they are not;
  • avoid altering, falsifying, forging, selling, sharing, sublicensing, or fraudulently using any certificate, transcript, receipt, quiz result, badge, logo, or document generated by HrtX24;
  • avoid copying, distributing, reselling, reproducing, scraping, recording, or commercially exploiting HrtX24 materials;
  • avoid account sharing or unauthorized access;
  • avoid chargeback abuse, refund abuse, credential fraud, or misuse of the platform.

HrtX24 reserves the right to suspend access, revoke certificates, cancel accounts, deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, remove content, restrict services, or take other appropriate action if misuse, misrepresentation, fraud, unlawful conduct, account sharing, unauthorized copying, or credential abuse is suspected.

18. Payments, Pricing, Taxes, and Orders

HrtX24 may charge fees for courses, certificates, services, or related products.

Prices may change at any time. HrtX24 may modify, discount, discontinue, or withdraw any course or offer at its discretion.

Users are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors. HrtX24 does not control third-party payment systems and is not responsible for payment processor errors, bank errors, card issuer decisions, payment declines, processor downtime, currency conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, taxes, or third-party fees.

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, bank fees, card fees, currency conversion charges, or other charges associated with their purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

A purchase is not complete until payment is successfully processed and the order is accepted by HrtX24 or its applicable platform system.

HrtX24 may cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud, abuse, error, misuse, unauthorized activity, chargeback risk, or violation of these Terms.

19. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds, if available, are governed by the separate HrtX24 Refund Policy.

Any refund provided by HrtX24 is limited to the amount actually paid to HrtX24 for the applicable course or service and does not include third-party charges, lost wages, lost opportunities, licensing fees, credentialing fees, travel expenses, employment losses, payment processing fees, chargeback fees, currency conversion losses, attorney fees, consequential damages, or indirect losses.

Issuing a refund does not constitute an admission of fault, liability, warranty breach, course deficiency, certificate invalidity, or legal responsibility.

Users agree to contact HrtX24 support first and allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, card claim, regulatory complaint, or formal claim.

HrtX24 reserves the right to suspend access, revoke certificates, restrict future purchases, deny further services, or contest chargebacks if it reasonably believes a dispute is fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, or inconsistent with these Terms or the Refund Policy.

20. Exams, Quizzes, Assessments, Retakes, and Platform Features

HrtX24 may offer quizzes, exams, scoring thresholds, retake permissions, downloadable certificates, login access, course progress tracking, certificate verification, and related educational features.

HrtX24 may modify, suspend, remove, or change any quiz, assessment, scoring method, retake rule, certificate format, verification method, course requirement, or platform feature at any time.

HrtX24 does not guarantee uninterrupted quiz access, error-free scoring, perpetual storage, specific browser performance, continuous certificate availability, or uninterrupted course progress tracking.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of certificates, receipts, completion records, and permitted downloads.

21. Certificate Verification

HrtX24 may provide certificate identification numbers, QR codes, verification links, or other verification tools.

Certificate verification features are provided for convenience only. HrtX24 does not guarantee uninterrupted verification access, permanent public availability, continuous QR functionality, compatibility with all devices, or acceptance of verification results by any employer, institution, licensing body, staffing agency, or third party.

HrtX24 may modify or discontinue certificate verification features at any time.

Any certificate verification result confirms only the information available in HrtX24’s records at the time of verification and does not guarantee clinical competence, authorization, employment eligibility, or third-party acceptance.

22. Platform, Technology, Third-Party Services, and Data

HrtX24 operates through third-party technologies, hosting services, WordPress-related tools, LMS plugins, e-commerce systems, payment processors, email systems, analytics tools, security tools, browser technologies, and other service providers.

Use of HrtX24 may involve collection, storage, processing, or transmission of information such as names, email addresses, account details, course progress, quiz results, certificate records, order details, payment-related information, IP addresses, cookies, device information, browser information, and technical logs.

Such information may be processed by HrtX24 systems and third-party service providers. Users should review the HrtX24 Privacy Policy for information regarding data collection, use, storage, sharing, retention, and user choices.

HrtX24 does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability, compatibility with every device or browser, continuous certificate access, preservation of all records, freedom from cyber events, or freedom from data loss.

HrtX24 shall not be responsible for downtime, outages, bugs, cyber incidents, hosting failures, plugin failures, browser incompatibility, payment interruptions, email delivery failures, server errors, security events, or third-party service failures.

23. Privacy Policy

HrtX24’s collection, use, processing, storage, and sharing of personal information is governed by the HrtX24 Privacy Policy.

By using HrtX24, users agree to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Testimonials do not guarantee that other users will have the same experience, outcome, employer acceptance, or professional result.

28. Children and Age Restrictions

HrtX24 is intended for users who are old enough to enter into a binding agreement and use healthcare education materials responsibly.

Users under the age of 18 may use HrtX24 only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

HrtX24 does not knowingly target or knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If HrtX24 becomes aware that information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate consent, HrtX24 may take reasonable steps to delete such information.

29. International Users

HrtX24 may be accessed by users outside the United States.

Users outside the United States are responsible for complying with local laws, professional requirements, employer requirements, licensing rules, and data protection requirements applicable to them.

HrtX24 makes no representation that its courses, certificates, content, platform, or services are appropriate, recognized, legal, or accepted in any particular country, region, jurisdiction, employer system, or institution.

By using HrtX24, users acknowledge that information may be processed through systems or service providers located in the United States or other jurisdictions.

30. Informal Resolution Requirement

HrtX24 strongly encourages users to contact HrtX24 first with any concern, question, technical issue, refund request, certificate issue, payment issue, acceptance issue, or complaint.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, arbitration demand, regulatory complaint, chargeback, or claim relating to HrtX24, the user agrees to first contact HrtX24 in writing and provide a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution.

The user agrees to make good-faith efforts to resolve concerns informally before pursuing any formal action.

31. Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the user releases and forever discharges HrtX24 and its owners, officers, physicians, clinical advisors, authors, reviewers, contributors, contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or controversies arising out of or relating to the user’s access to, use of, misuse of, reliance upon, interpretation of, misinterpretation of, application of, misapplication of, or inability to use HrtX24 materials, services, certificates, assessments, quizzes, website features, or educational content.

HrtX24 disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of:

  • completeness;
  • currentness;
  • reliability;
  • merchantability;

  • compatibility;

33. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HrtX24 and its owners, officers, physicians, clinical advisors, authors, reviewers, contributors, contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or related to:

  • errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies;
  • user clinical decisions, actions, omissions, or real-world performance;
  • injury, death, adverse outcomes, delayed care, incorrect care, or omitted care;
  • certificate issuance, non-issuance, delay, download failure, verification failure, or non-acceptance;
  • employment, credentialing, licensing, academic, regulatory, or institutional decisions;
  • technology failures, outages, cyber events, data loss, plugin failures, hosting failures, payment failures, email failures, or third-party platform errors;
  • refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or misunderstandings regarding course acceptance or purpose.

If HrtX24 is found liable despite the foregoing limitations, HrtX24’s total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to HrtX24 for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim, except where a greater remedy is required by non-waivable law.

34. Indemnification

The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HrtX24 and its owners, officers, physicians, clinical advisors, authors, reviewers, contributors, contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, judgments, settlements, penalties, and attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to:

  • the user’s use or misuse of HrtX24;
  • the user’s reliance on course content;
  • the user’s clinical decisions, actions, omissions, or real-world performance;
  • user misrepresentation or misuse of certificates;
  • violation of these Terms or other posted policies;
  • unlawful conduct;
  • infringement of intellectual property or other rights;
  • fraud, abuse, credential misrepresentation, unauthorized use, or account sharing;
  • third-party reliance on the user’s statements, actions, omissions, certificates, or representations regarding HrtX24 training or certification.

35. Governing Law; Venue; Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to HrtX24, its website, courses, services, certificates, transactions, content, user activity, or use thereof shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to HrtX24 shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and users consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Users waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue, including any claim that such forum is inconvenient or improper, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

HrtX24 reserves the right to seek injunctive, equitable, or emergency relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, platform security, confidential information, or proprietary rights.

36. Arbitration; Jury Trial Waiver; Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, users and HrtX24 agree that disputes arising out of or relating to HrtX24 may be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, administered by a recognized arbitration provider under applicable rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, users waive any right to trial by jury and agree that claims shall be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action.

Some jurisdictions may limit the enforceability of arbitration, jury waiver, or class action waiver provisions. These provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

37. Termination

HrtX24 may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account, course, certificate, feature, or service at any time if HrtX24 reasonably believes that the user has violated these Terms, engaged in misuse, created security risk, committed fraud, abused refunds or chargebacks, misrepresented certificates, shared account access, copied materials, violated intellectual property rights, or engaged in conduct harmful to HrtX24, other users, or third parties.

Termination does not waive HrtX24’s rights or remedies.

Sections intended to survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law, shall survive termination.

38. Modifications to Terms

HrtX24 may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the website.

Continued use of HrtX24 after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

39. Severability; No Waiver; Reservation of Rights

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any failure by HrtX24 to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

HrtX24 reserves all rights not expressly granted.

40. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies or notices posted on the HrtX24 website, constitute the agreement between the user and HrtX24 regarding use of the website, courses, certificates, assessments, and related services.

In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and another posted policy, HrtX24 may determine the interpretation that best protects platform integrity, user safety, legal compliance, and operational continuity, except where prohibited by applicable law.
